Lucid Trading’s current live-account rules introduce a cashout choice, repeatable performance bonuses and a revised LucidMaxx route through evaluation and pre-live stages. For traders holding simulated funded accounts, the changes affect how long they can remain in simulation, what happens to their other accounts and how they access live capital.
Proptradingvibes checked Lucid’s official documentation on October 19, 2026. The sources establish the current rules, but do not establish one shared launch date for every change. Traders should check the terms attached to their account and any transition email before acting.
Five payouts are a ceiling
Under Lucid’s New Live Structure, payout five is the maximum simulated payout level for Flex, Pro and Direct. It is not a promise that every trader will receive five payouts before a live transition.
Lucid’s risk team can review traders earlier, including after substantial lifetime payouts, exceptional simulated performance or a previous live transition. The team retains discretion over promotion. Eligibility for review therefore differs from a guaranteed move date.
Eligible funded accounts need at least one payout to move live. Standard live accounts start at $0, use end-of-day drawdown, offer daily payouts and have no daily loss limit or consistency requirement. Account sizes determine starting drawdown and contract limits.
Cashout requires a quick decision
The standard live policy gives traders 24 hours after receiving their transition email to choose cashout. Without that choice, accounts automatically move live. Lucid describes cashout as 50% of the live starting balance, subject to its 90/10 profit split.
That calculation needs clarification: the same article says standard live accounts start at $0. Proptradingvibes is therefore not publishing an assumed cashout amount. Traders considering this option should obtain the applicable calculation directly from Lucid.
The policy also says remaining simulated accounts close when a trader moves live or chooses cashout. An ineligible funded account’s evaluation cost is refundable only if at least 50% of its total drawdown remains. Keeping unused evaluations in reserve can therefore create consequences at transition.
Live bonuses can repeat
The general live policy describes a repeatable performance bonus with profit and trading-day conditions. Traders must reach their account’s live profit target and complete 20 qualifying trading days. Each qualifying day requires a trade and net profit or loss of at least $1 after fees.
Published bonuses range from $1,000 for a nominal $25,000 account to $4,500 for a $150,000 account, before the 90/10 split. Targets range from $2,000 to $9,000. Taking payouts does not reduce progress toward the bonus profit target. These are conditional awards, with no guaranteed monthly payment schedule.
A trader withdrawing before profits exceed the starting live drawdown also triggers a $100 maximum loss limit lock under the separately published standard live account rules.
Maxx now has two stages
The LucidMaxx program remains invitation-only. Traders first complete an evaluation with 40% consistency, then a pre-live stage without a consistency rule. Both stages have profit targets and end-of-day drawdown.
After passing, Maxx live accounts have static drawdown and a starting balance withdrawable from day one. Published starting balances range from $1,000 to $4,500 by account size, subject to the 90/10 split. Maxx also offers repeatable bonuses and a full cashout option, with the same 24-hour decision deadline.
Lucid’s former Maxx pricing table is explicitly marked legacy from October 4, 2026. Its tier prices should no longer be treated as current purchase quotes.
Pro and Daily need separate checks
The current Pro payout policy allows requests any day once all eligibility requirements are met. It lists 40% consistency, cycle profit goals and a protected buffer. It does not state a separate three-calendar-day waiting period. Disbursement follows approval within two business days.
Daily’s transition rules separately cap withdrawable simulated profits above the buffer at $15,000 across the trader’s accounts when moving live. That transition cap should not be confused with a recurring payout limit. The Daily page does not explicitly settle bonus eligibility. Daily publishes separate refund terms, so traders should check its transition policy alongside the general live framework.
Before accepting a transition, traders should confirm their product, eligible accounts, cashout calculation and remaining simulated balances against the current email they receive. Proptradingvibes’ live-transition guide tracks the continuing rules beyond this dated report.
