I passed three TakeProfitTrader Tests in July 2026 and currently trade three active PRO accounts with 100K combined account size. This guide reflects the official Control Center documentation checked August 12, 2026 and my current navigation experience. PTV may earn a commission through the tracked VIBES referral link.
The TakeProfitTrader Control Center is the account-management dashboard for subscriptions, trading accounts, progress metrics, credentials and withdrawals. It is not the trading platform and its displayed account balance is not real time.
Updated August 12, 2026. The English progress guide and the newer withdrawal guide publish different evening update windows, so this page describes the reliable point: dashboard balances update daily after the session and can lag.
How do you log in and find an account?
Sign in at TakeProfitTrader and open the Control Center. Test accounts appear by default. Use the PRO tab to switch to active PRO accounts, then click the specific account to open its trading dashboard.
Reset attempts remain grouped under the current subscription and can be expanded from the dropdown. This keeps prior attempts visible without turning every reset into a separate user profile.
The trading credentials and NinjaTrader license information appear beside the account details. The Test and resulting PRO account can use the same platform credentials under the current workflow.
What does the subscriptions view show?
One TakeProfitTrader login can contain multiple subscriptions, trading accounts and reset attempts. Each subscription represents one path toward a specific PRO account.
The subscription card shows active or disabled status, renewal date and the accounts created under it. Tests renew every 30 days until canceled. Cancellation preserves access through the paid billing period.
A reset creates a fresh account with the same parameters but does not move the renewal date. Check both the next billing date and reset price before restarting.
What does How Am I Doing show?
The How Am I Doing section shows trading days, progress toward the profit goal, consistency status and rule violations. A green mark indicates compliance; a red mark indicates the Test failed.
The section is an account-progress summary, not an execution screen. Use the trading platform for live positions, orders and risk. Use the Control Center to reconcile the completed trading day and determine whether the official account metrics agree with your records.
For my three active PRO accounts, I still check each account separately. A group of accounts can have different balances, orders or drawdown room even when trades were intended to match.
Is the TakeProfitTrader dashboard balance real time?
No. TakeProfitTrader explicitly says the Control Center balance is not real time. It updates after the end of the trading day and can appear with a delay.
The English progress article says metrics normally appear between 11 PM and midnight ET. The newer withdrawal article and localized guidance say 8 PM to 9 PM ET. Because the official pages conflict, do not schedule risk or a withdrawal around one exact hour.
Use the connected trading platform for real-time balance and positions. Treat the dashboard as the firm’s daily account record once the update finishes.
How do you read the balance and drawdown graph?
The graph plots account balance against the minimum account balance. It also shows the number of trading days. That makes it useful for checking whether the account has enough room for the next session.
Do not estimate an intraday PRO threshold solely from yesterday’s dashboard. PRO drawdown reacts to intraday equity, so the trading platform and your own risk sheet remain necessary during the session.
After the daily update, reconcile the graph with closed P&L, commissions and your expected floor. Contact the Profit Team when the official dashboard does not match the documented result.
What is in the Daily Journal?
The Daily Journal lists profit and loss, commissions, number of trades and contracts traded for each active day. It is the best built-in audit trail for explaining why gross chart P&L and account progress differ.
Commissions can make a visually green session smaller or negative in the official record. Contract count also helps identify copier or duplicate-order mistakes across several accounts.
Export or record these values before a reset or account closure if they matter to your trading review. The dashboard keeps prior attempts in the subscription history, but your own journal should not depend on one interface.
How do you withdraw from PRO to the Wallet?
Open the eligible PRO account, wait for the daily balance update, and select Withdraw. Enter the requested amount. The interface calculates the 20% TakeProfitTrader share and shows the 80% amount moving to the Wallet.
Close every open position and working order before confirming. The system returns an error when an active position or order remains. A successful eligible transfer displays a completion message and the funds become available in the Wallet.
Active Tradovate accounts can follow the automated path. Canceled or disabled PRO accounts and all Rithmic withdrawals are submitted for review under the current guide. The separate Wallet-to-bank or payment-rail step follows its own process.
What should you do when numbers look wrong?
- Check whether the daily update window has completed.
- Compare the dashboard with the trading platform’s closed P&L and commissions.
- Confirm that you opened the correct account and reset attempt.
- Check working orders and positions on every linked account.
- Save screenshots and contact the Profit Team through live chat if the mismatch remains.
Do not reset or place a new trade just to force the display to update. A reset changes the trading account and does not fix an unsettled metric.
How should multiple-account traders use the dashboard?
Create a fixed pre-session check: account status, remaining drawdown room, open positions, working orders and platform connection. Repeat it for every leader and follower.
After the session, compare each account’s Daily Journal. Small differences in commission, rejected orders or contract count can expose a copier problem before it becomes a breach.
The Control Center is most useful as a reconciliation layer. It should confirm what happened, while the trading platform controls the live session.
The bottom line
The TakeProfitTrader dashboard is an account and compliance center, not a live risk terminal. Use How Am I Doing for goals and rule status, the graph for daily balance context, the journal for reconciliation and the Wallet workflow for eligible PRO withdrawals.
The safest habit is simple: manage live risk in the trading platform, then verify the settled result in the Control Center after the daily update.
